Avodah wants to protect your privacy and confidentiality and you to know that your data is being used lawfully.  This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that Avodah collects from or about you, how it uses that information, and to whom it is disclosed.

This Policy is to comply with the privacy requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). It supports Avodah’s need to collect information from you as necessary for the performance of business services and functions, while also recognising your right to have your information handled in a protective manner. This Policy will commence from 20 January 2023 and applies to all of Avodah’s clients.

– Planning and wedding day management relevant information;

Please note that AVODAH will ever only collect such information that is absolutely necessary to perform its services to you.
 

SHARED INFORMATION

AVODAH will never sell your personal information, although it may be shared, and only when necessary to perform a legitimate business activity with AVODAH’s suppliers (and your chosen suppliers) such as caterers, venues, etc.. AVODAH will process your data only if your consent was obtained first or if it is necessary for the performance of our contract, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, coming into effect on 25 May 2018 (GDPR).
 

DATA ACCESS & CORRECTION

Only Eva Garcia, sole owner of AVODAH, will have access to your personal data in a password limited computer. You have the right to access, rectify, object to, or erase the data maintained by Avodah. (pursuant to Articles 12 – 23 of the GDPR). You may request a change to your personal data by contacting Avodah by phone or email.

Avodahs website and hosting company may use cookies and those cookies may be stored on your computer when you visit the website. If our hosting company implements cookies, they will only collect non-personally identifiable information in order to improve your website usage and browsing experience.
