your retreat experience
Keywords: matter, introspection, elevation.
In this workshop, Noémie Pons invites participants into a gentle and intuitive creative process where art becomes a doorway to inner exploration.
Working with fluid and unpredictable materials such as water and ink, participants will be guided to enter into a dialogue with matter, gesture, and silence.
Through the language of abstraction, the language of sensation, intuition, and the heart, each person is encouraged to create freely, without expectations of technique, results, or judgment.
The focus is not on producing a finished artwork, but on experiencing the act of creation as a space of presence, listening, and discovery.
This workshop offers a moment to slow down, release control, and reconnect with a spirit of play !
As forms, textures, and colours gradually emerge, participants are invited to follow what unfolds naturally, allowing creativity to become a pathway toward introspection, grounding, and elevation.
Keywords: rhythms, intuition and travel
Like the swimmer in Tchouang Tseu who follows ‘the movements of the water’, Sentenda is the search for the natural in every action. This path begins with observing the rhythms that surround us in order to tame our intuition. The Sentenda takes the form of a calendar.
Laure will guide you in discovering how to use the Sentenda, then offer you a daily space in which to begin your practice and nurture your creativity. Regular use of the Sentenda is a way of reconnecting with your senses, slowing down, observing, creating and repeating.
Keywords: dance, listening and feeling.
This research explores movement as a space for presence, transformation and inner listening. Through guided practice combining dance, somatic awareness and imagination, the workshop invites each participant to reconnect with their body as a place of perception, silence and clarity.
Movement is seen as an act of presence, sometimes close to a ritual or a prayer in motion: a simple, embodied, inhabited gesture that allows one to slow down, listen and feel. Each person is invited to approach the practice at their own pace, according to their feelings, imagination and experience, and wherever they are emotionally at the time of the retreat.
This practice aims to offer a time of calm, inner curiosity and openness, promoting a more intimate relationship with the body, breath, space and the present moment, within the supportive and collective framework of the retreat.

Whatever your special celebration: a wedding, a vow renewal, an elopement, a birthday, an anniversary, we discover the colourful pieces of what make you you – your personality, passions and life journey. This is the source from which we draw inspiration to conceive, form and execute the aesthetic vision for your celebration in a way that tells a memorable story and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Our work includes everything from creating a design storyboard, to sourcing table linens, flat- and glassware, floral designs and other decor as well as large scale installations. We blend the use of napkins, ornaments, signages and cutleries to create a cohesive and intimate experience for you. Together we handpick, then transform every detail, colours, textures, sizes and shapes, into a unified and meaningful work of art. From elaborate entrance- and stage decor to give your guests a sense of warm welcome and awe, to photo booths that will leave a memorable impression, we meticulously pull together details of each art piece in a way that adds to the overarching aesthetics of your event and reflects a beautiful story of who you are.
Investment starts at CHF5,000, subject to the location, the complexity of the design, the number of guests and additional staff required for the day.
We only take on 12 event design projects per year, as we like to be fully intentional in our creative process.
All of our floral designs are done in-house. Our garden-inspired, contemporary approach to creating art with flowers has nature and seasonality at the core. Out of love and respect for people and planet, we aim for a zero waste and sustainable floristry, doing away with the use of floral foam, bleached or dyed materials.
Flowers are a compelling avenue for creating meaningful and awe-inspiring ambience for your celebration. Our floral arrangements are inspired by seasons, we intentionally weave together the immaculate hues of colours, varied textures, shapes and sizes that each bloom carries to achieve a bold and passionate statement for you.
We specialize in creating arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, floral installations and more sculptural floral creations for weddings and events as well as flower styling for photoshoots and brands. We are specially excited for floral projects that challenge and make use of
Our minimum investment is 3,000chf for intimate events in Switzerland and 5,000chf for Europe and beyond.
There is no better place to cultivate relationships, recount stories and create new memories, than around the table. To elevate the experience of eating together, we will take you on a journey accompanied by flavours, colours, and textures, and serve a unique, custom made menu for you and your loved ones.
We only offer catering to small weddings and events up to 30 guests. With a highly personal approach, we create a menu specifically guided by the person, the couple, the ocassion. A questionnaire is sent to you and we take inspiration from yours answers to concoct a multiple course dinner, a brunch or a luxury picnic. Drawing from world cooking traditions, your favorite cuisines and our own culinary adventures, this menu will not be repeated, and in that sense is unique as you.
Time will stand still for a while as you rest and enjoy delicious food in the coziness of either your home, our home, or another location of your choice.
For events with a higher guest count, we collaborate with talented chefs and caterers to create an unforgettable dining experience, bringing to the fore our same values of good, clean, fair and beautiful food.

A Canadian artist born in 1986 in Saint-Charles-de-Mandeville, Quebec, Noémie Pons develops an abstract practice using ink and tea on canvas. Her approach, both gestural and minimalist, explores the relationship to oneself, to others, and to the world by creating a dialogue between the intimacy of the creative process and the organic transformation of materials.
In 2006, she began training at the University of the Nations in Singapore and China, before studying visual arts and psychology at Concordia University in Montreal. In 2008, she produced shows in Beijing during the Olympic Games. In 2011-2012, she pursued studies in event management in England and organised an exhibition at Westminster Abbey during the London Olympics.
Graduating with honours from Concordia in 2012, she became Associate Dean of the College of Arts at the University of the Nations, an international role she still holds today. After getting married and settling in Versailles, France, she completed her training with a postgraduate diploma in engraving at the Beaux-Arts de Versailles in 2018.
Since 2021, she has been based in Vézénobres, in the south of France, where she is developing her studio and offering immersive creative retreats, combining abstract painting and spiritual exploration.
This path now feeds into a practice centred on connection, organic transformation and the rediscovery of the sacred.
Laure founded the Louis Origine fashion house in 2020 in Bulle (Switzerland). A lawyer by profession, she practised in the courts before setting up her own business, continuing to promote values such as fairness, social bonds and freedom. It is this multifaceted perspective that inspired the creation of Sentenda; the roots of Louis Origine.
Inspired primarily by the rhythms of life and nature, Sentenda has allowed Laure to return to her own creative space, where she develops her embroidery and crochet work; a way of connecting with the line of women in her family, of weaving bonds and of meditating.

Eva is an artist born and raised in Dominican Republic. After years in law school, she decided to follow the call for artistry and transformation and went on to spend 6 years traveling in Canada, Haiti, Brazil, Cameroon and India doing arts and faith based humanitarian work with an NGO.
Since 2009, Eva moves with grace between different art forms such as creative writing, contemporary and swing dance, floral design and intuitive cooking.
In 2018, after a cathartic experience through an art project during her studies in Expressive Arts Therapy at the European Graduate School, she founded Avodah, combining all her gifts and passions into creating spaces where people can be fully present, connect deeply and experience beauty in a way that shapes how they live and relate to one another.
Today, her overarching mission is to craft moments of beauty and connection. Wether designing a wedding, a retreat, a workshop or a small gathering, her works honours the emotional truth of a moment and the human need for belonging, rest and reconnection.
Michaela is a German-born, Helsinki-based brand strategist, designer, and multi-passionate creative who works with artists and small businesses doing meaningful work in their communities and the world at large. After years of leading an event production company, she grew tired of the industry's wastefulness and made a deliberate turn in 2019, choosing to pour her energy into people whose businesses are deeply personal to them and whose values she can truly stand behind.
A creative pragmatist with an ADHD brain that allows her to see both the details and the big picture, Michaela is particularly gifted at identifying and connecting the red threads in people’s work and how it connects to their heart.
Most importantly, she thrives on listening to people talk about what they’re passionate about—helping them feel seen in their work and guiding them into fulfilling their dreams.
At the retreat, Michaela will be capturing moments as a photographer and videographer, and she’s open to conversations about branding, navigating life as a creative, or leaning into your voice as a business owner.

“The shared experiences, the new friends I made around the world, it was so precious to be able to experience this retreat. Having time for myself and doing things that I love but dont do as much as I would like, that was wonderful too! Everything was beautiful, comfortable and so cozy, the meals were always amazing! Along with the setting and the food, it was evident that great time and effort was put into creating a graceful space.”
"The Avodah team really knows how to make you feel like family and create an experience that surrounds you in love. The attention to detail, ability to create an atmosphere of immediate comfort and warmth, the thoughtfulness of the experience—it was truly astounding. Eva has an unwavering passion for quality crafted and locally sourced goods/services which made every aspect of the experience feel so meaningful. Being on this retreat truly felt like a glimpse of heaven on earth. Freedom to be, to rest, to interact, to paint, everything we needed at that time. I finished Poiema inspired in so many ways. It will continue to impact my daily life well beyond my time there."
Just remenbering my time at Poiema made me tear up. The memories will always be so sweet to look back. I will always remember the laughter, the tears, the warmth. What I liked the most is that you could tell the passion each team member had for people to leave feeling mored loved, known and cared for. I was reminded that I belong, I am valuable and I bring certain substance to the table. I experienced refreshment and freedom. I cant pin point exactly what God did in my heart but I knew i left different then when I walked in.
